INGREDIENTS Tomato pulp (Tomato, Tomato paste, Salt), Tomato sauce, Sardines, Wild fennel, Onion, Extra virgin olive oil, Sunflower oil, Raisins, Pine nuts, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Chili pepper PACKING Sterile glass jars, with metal screw lid PROCESSING PRODUCTS Onion, Garlic: from local fruit and vegetable markets Peppers, wild fennel, Tomato sauce: from company production Tomato pulp, Pine nuts , Sugar: from local traders Sardines: from local fish markets Extra virgin olive oil, Sunflower oil, Salt, Raisins: from local producers STORAGE with pasteurization EXPIRY 24 months from date production USE Typical Sicilian condiment for first courses PROCESSING Cleaning, pinning and manual washing of the sardines. Subsequently the sardines, onions and garlic are sautéed separately. Cooking with sauce, tomato and the rest of the ingredients After cooking v while still hot, put everything into the jars manually.
